Interpretation and Practice of Taiwan Export Control
活动背景
Taiwan is not a member of the Australia Group, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group, or Wassenaar Arrangement, but maintains a control list based on these regime guidelines. Since January 2004, Taiwan implemented a “catch-all” control measure to strengthen checks on end-uses and end-users. It is very important to fully understand Taiwan export control regimes for Chinese enterprises doing business with Taiwan. Based on this, Ficient Global will hold the webinar “Interpretation and Practice of Taiwan Export Control”. We will invite trade compliance expert to share the updates of Taiwan export control/sanctions regulations and discuss the impacts on Chinese enterprises. Suggestions on compliance and risk control will also be included. 活动内容
