In the European Union (EU), export controls include both EU-wide restric-tions provided for through EU legislation, as well as EU Member State-specific export controls set out at a national level. Recently, the European Commission updated the EU dual-use export control list. How to understand these updated policies and what are the impacts on Chinese enterprises are very important for compliance managers. Based on this, Ficient Global will provide the webinar “Interpretation and Practice of EU Export Control” to review and discuss the latest export control develop-ments in the EU.
