EU export controls rules predominantly implement export controls on items agreed pursuant to international frame-works to which the EU or its Member States are party. The EU Dual Use List is updated by the European Commission each year to ensure it remains aligned with the control lists of relevant international non-proliferation regimes. Ilt is very important for Chinese enterprises understand EU export control/sanctions regime and relevant penalties. Based on this, Ficient Global will hold Webinar Series“Export Control Interpreta-tion and Practice in Major Countries and Regions--Session 1 Interpretation and Practice of EU Export Control”to provide an opportunity to discuss the recent EU export control/sanctions developments,the impacts on Chinese enterprises and other relevant issues. 活动内容

Mr. Michael Tomuscheit Managing Director of AWB Consulting GmbH Mr. Tomuscheit manage the large, global projects in all areas of customs and export controls. He has strong experience in strategic customs planning: development and implementation of strategies to take advantage of duty reliefs and increase the compliance level (e.g. scenario and business case analyses, market access evaluation and plant allocation planning, strategic sourcing within Free Trade Agreements).
